Warm Up & Stretch Before Games Practice
Make sure you warm up!
Stretching before practice and games can release muscle tension and help prevent sports-related injuries.
Before games or training jog then stretch all major muscle groups, holding for 20 to 30 seconds.
Remember to Hydrate
Make sure you stay well-hydrated
bring a water bottle to training and matches
Dink plenty of water before, during and after play.
Drink fluids 30 minutes before activity begins and every 15-20 minutes during activity.
Drink when you have a breaks throughout practice and games
